The pilgrimage with the procession of light was well attended

On the 2th of February, the 1st Pilgrimage and Light Procession took place in the church in Bučovice after a great historical break.
The pilgrimage began with the prayer of the Joyful Rosary. This was followed by the Holy Mass with the blessing of the beeswax candles which lit up the church in the hands of the faithful. Candles in lanterns were also blessed, with which a procession of light went out into the darkness through the Calvary Forest Park. The local priest Tomáš Fránek blessed the town and the whole world at the lookout point. After the procession, a seating area with radiant heaters was prepared in front of the church. There were small refreshments and mulled wine and tea to warm up. The children were presented with chocolates.
